Summit County Shooting Range

The Summit County Shooting Range is a free public range managed by the Summit Range Association under the supervision of Summit County government.

Shooting Range will be closed until noise mitigation construction is complete.


Temporary Closure Starts September 19th:

The Shooting Range will be closing for the first phase of its noise mitigation upgrade beginning Monday, September 19th. Please note the facility will be completely closed for about 60-90 days with the exception of local law enforcement training as needed. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Summit County Shooting Range Hours are:

Summer Hours (April-October)

  • Weekdays: 7:00AM- 7:00PM
  • Weekends: 8:00AM- 5:00PM

 Winter Hours (November-March)

  • Weekdays: 7:00AM- 5:00PM
  • Weekends: 8:00AM-5:00PM

2015 Improvement Project
