The Clerk & Recorder’s Office administers elections, voter registration, mail ballots and Voter Service Polling Centers conducted under Title 1 of Colorado Revised Statute, regulated by the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office.

Because of Summit County’s COVID-19 protocols, the Clerk’s Office is currently closed to in-person customer service, without an estimated date of reopening. We will reopen as soon as possible.

COVID-19 Voting Considerations

Because of COVID-19 mitigation measures, some in-person voting locations have changed.

We strongly encourage all voters to return ballots by mail or via a secure 24-hour County drop-box.

If you must vote in person, visit one of the polling locations (click on "2020 Primary Election" in the menu on the left).
