The Upper Blue Planning Commission provides land use and development recommendations specific to the Upper Blue Basin and also reviews and adopts updates to the Upper Blue Master Plan. The Upper Blue Basin is defined by the Dillon Reservoir on the north and Hoosier Pass on the south. The east and west boundaries are the Continental Divide and the Tenmile Range, respectively.
