Obtain a Report

The policies and procedures of the Sheriff’s Office pertaining to the release of criminal justice records are derived from the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act and related statutes. Copies of reports are available from the Records Department between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Additional Information

Reports maintained by the Summit County Sheriff’s Office include criminal reports, booking photos, and traffic reports (citations / tickets, accident reports, DUI reports, etc.). For more information on Report / Records Requests, please refer to the Records Management page.
