Maintenance Requests for County Buildings
County employees submit requests using the BandG work order system located on the county intranet. Non-County employees at County facilities may submit work requests by calling 970-668-4229. To report building emergencies after regular hours or on weekends and holidays, call 970-485-4483.
Maintenance Requests for Summit County Medical Office Building
County employees at the Medical Office Building submit requests using the BandG work order system located on the County intranet. All other tenants of the Medical Office Building can call 970-668-4014 or send us an email. To report building emergencies after regular work hours or on weekends and holidays, call 970-406-8416.
Summit County Commons Master Plan
In January 2016, Summit County published the County Commons Facilities Master Plan, a roadmap for future development of the existing 130-acre campus just east of Frisco. The plan was developed in late 2015, with input from the public, neighboring property owners and a wide spectrum of stakeholders who use existing facilities on the campus.
