2014 OWTS regulations were adopted
by the Summit County Board of Health on April 22, 2014. New regulations became effective July 1, 2014. This Department asks those of you who work in this field (designers, contractors, service providers) to review the content of the regulations to become familiar with the changes. Please refer to the 2014 OWTS Regulations (pdf).

OWTS Regulation Interpretive Memos
