Summit County Mountain Meals Program
The Summit County Community & Senior Center offers several opportunities for nutritious, affordable meals through our Mountain Meals program.
Mountain Meals on Wheels
The mission of Mountain Meals on Wheels is to provide healthy and nutritious meals to older adults in the County who are homebound and unable to prepare their own meals due to health issues. This service is also available short-term if you are recovering from surgery or other medical conditions. Our on-site chef prepares meals at the Community & Senior Center. Meals are delivered Tuesdays and Thursdays by our wonderful volunteers all across Summit County. The cost is $6/meal. Volunteers delivering meals also perform "wellness checks" and bring the local newspaper - all with a smile!
Monday Night Dinners
Monday night buffet dinners are provided bi-weekly at 6:00 PM at the Summit County Community & Senior Center. Starting at 5:30 PM, we have a "Happy Half Hour" for those who would like to gather a bit early. Feel free to bring a beverage of your choice!
Dinners are $20.00 per person for Summit Senior Members (50+) and $32.00 for non-members paid at the door (cash or check only). To sign up please click HERE. Reservations must be made by 9am the day of the meal.
Tuesday & Thursday Lunches
Lunch is served on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30 noon, and starting on May 17th, we will be serving lunch on Wednesdays! The cost is $8.00 per person for Summit Senior Members (50+) and $13.00 for non-members paid at the door (cash or check only).
