Breckenridge COVID-19 Testing Site Moves to Colorado Mountain College

Testing site located at Breckenridge Recreation Center moves to CMC and will reopen on Monday

SUMMIT COUNTY –The Breckenridge Mako Covid-19 Testing Site that was operating at the Breckenridge Rec Center has closed and operations are being moved to Breckenridge Colorado Mountain College (CMC) located at 107 Denison Placer Road, Breckenridge, CO 80424. The CMC testing site will open on Monday, Jan. 10. The CMC Breckenridge testing site will be temporary until incidence and positivity rates decline.

Breckenridge Colorado Mountain College Testing Site

  • When: Seven days a week: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
  • Where: 107 Denison Placer Road, Breckenridge, CO 80424 (CMC Breckenridge)
  • Who: Testing for both symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals
  • How: No appointment is necessary, however individuals will need to complete a registration form at the testing site or online ahead of time. Online registration here.  FAQ on Testing
  • Insurance/payment: Testing is provided completely free of charge. Insurance is not needed.

“We are grateful for the support of our community, Mako Medical, and the Town of Breckenridge while we work to provide easier access to our testing sites,” said Public Health Director, Amy Wineland. “This new location will provide a larger footprint for testing demands and decrease traffic impacts.”

Testing is free of cost and widely available to individuals in Summit County and remains a critical tool in tracking and slowing the spread of the virus. Information on testing hours and locations is available at https://www.summitcountyco.gov/1324/Testing.

El lugar de pruebas CMC abrirá el lunes 10 de enero. El lugar de pruebas CMC Breckenridge será temporal hasta que disminuyan las tasas de incidencia y positividad.
