REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FACILITIES EMERGENCY BACKUP POWER UPGRADES

 

 

Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers in emergency backup power upgrades. The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule and cost. The full Request for Proposals may be found at www.co.summit.co.us/Bids.aspx.  Submit questions regarding the proposals to . The pre-bid meetings for this project is posted on the Summit County website. 

 

Said proposals will be accepted by Electronic Submission (preferred) to  and  or by hardcopy proposals until 2:00 p.m., September 15, 2021.  Proposals received after 2:00 pm, will not be accepted.

 

At said time and place, all proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest.

 

The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
