The Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant, an Enterprise Fund of Summit County Government, is currently soliciting proposals to provide concrete and sealant repairs to its treatment facility flow equalization basin.

The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule and cost. The full Request for Proposals may be found at www.co.summit.co.us/Bids.aspx. Submit questions regarding the proposals to . 

Said proposals will be accepted by electronic submission (preferred) to  and  or by hardcopy delivery mailed to the attention of Josh Johnson at: Snake River WWTP 4344 Swan Mountain Road, Dillon, CO 80435 no later than 2:00pm MST, June 1, 2023. Proposals received after 2:00pm, June 1, 2023 will NOT be accepted.

At said time and place, all proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets the best requirements of Summit County and the public interest.

The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
