The Summit County Countywide Comprehensive Plan plans provide policy guidance for decisions related to land use, growth, environmental protection, open space, recreational trails, visual impacts, housing, economic development, and other topics pertinent to the viability of Summit County. 


Comprehensive Plan Update

A Comprehensive Plan is a long-term strategic document that will help shape future decision related to new development, redevelopment, and County programs and services. The Blueprint Summit process is a way for the Summit County community to share thoughts and ideas for the future.
